Anna Richards Brewster : ウィキペディア英語版 | Anna Richards Brewster Anna Richards Brewster (18701952), was an American painter. ==Biography== She was born in Germantown Philadelphia, as the daughter of the poet and playwright Anna Matlack and the landscape painter William Trost Richards. She married the literature professor William Tenney Brewster who encouraged her to paint after her marriage, though she stopped showing her work after the death of her son. She is known for sculptures and illustrations as well as paintings.〔(Anna Richards Brewster ) in the RKD〕 Like many American artists at the turn of the 20th-century, she made paintings of her travels and the Huntsville Museum of Art has a scene of fishermen in Volendam.〔
